Week 1: Setting you up for inevitable success in this program

We uncover why it is so important to YOU to eat healthier and have more energy and feel better

We set up the conditions for inevitable success with sensual reminders

You’ll be paired with an accountability buddy

We’ll have daily prompts in our private Facebook community

You’ll also start listening to your first RTT Hypnotherapy recording daily to reprogram your subconscious mind so that you will find it easier to relax, build resilience and nourish yourself from the inside out

Week 2: Find out what to eat that gives you sustained energy

We are going to do a 4-day energy experiment to help you determine which foods are right for YOU

Remember: This is not a diet and there are no rules

You’ll learn how to intuitively discover which foods to eat at meal times that give you more energy rather than take energy away from you 

Week 3: The juicy bit: HOW to eat to lower anxiety and stress and digest your food better

When our bodies are stressed and in a “fight or flight” mode, they don’t digest our food properly, and the food we eat won’t help us much in “de-stressing”

You therefore have to get yourself into a “rest-and-digest” state before you start eating

So in week 3, you’ll discover how to get into a zone of zen every time you choose to eat

We’ll cover:

  • How to breathe properly, 
  • How to silence the inner critic, 
  • How to savour your food wit hall senses and really enjoy it, so that you are truly satisfied

Week 4: Honoring your hunger and fullness

This is another week where we’re going to focus all on HOW we eat

Have you ever allowed yourself to get so hungry that you turned into a crazy psycho?

Or eaten so much that you had to unbutton the top button of your trousers, or pull your sweatpants up or down so that the band wouldn’t cut into your belly so much? 

Honoring your hunger and fullness has got nothing to do with counting calories or points or macros- we don’t do that here

What this is is becoming aware again of that innate knowing of when it is right to eat, and how much, and when it feels right to stop eating

You’ll get a list with hacks to try to set clear boundaries around YOUR own personal hunger and fulness scales

How to honour your hunger and fullness even when you’re with others who expect you to “have seconds” or “just one more” 

You’ll also start listening to your second RTT Hypnotherapy recording daily to reprogram your subconscious mind to hard-wire all the new beliefs and habits you are building around you relationship with food and self-care

Week 5: Getting to know yourself even better- finding your emotional triggers and fixing them

This is a really juicy week where we’ll dive deep into the emotional triggers for over eating 

Week 6: Let’s have some fun with it all- it’s celebration time

We’ll continue with the “judgment over curiosity” exercises from week 5, and we’ll create YOUR personal “nourish” and “naughty” menues for when you’re tempted to live our your emotions with food and there might be an even better way to do that!

We’ll also look back over what you have achieved in your thinking and behaviour around food, and CELEBRATE! 

When I take clients on this journey of small 5% changes every week, it often seems like nothing has changed, and that’s a really good thing….. It calms down the subconscious, so that it allows the change work to happen.

Then, when we look back after 6 weeks, my clients are AMAZED at how much they have achieved….

Hi, I’m Bianca, a recovered sugar, caffeine and chocolate addict.

I used to live on that stuff.

And it didn’t feel good.

I’d drag myself out of bed in the morning, had massive brain fog and constantly felt exhausted and irritable.


I was constantly snacking on sweet and salty stuff, and felt pretty moody most of the time, snapping at people around me and generally feeling quite anti-social.

I thought living in this way was normal for somebody in a high-pressured job like mine, but when I almost collapsed during a lunch break, I went and got help.

I learned how to eat properly, and started feeling more energetic and “switched on” day after day.

I became more productive and worked fewer hours.

I started feeling more connected to people and my relationships improved massively.

Both my parents died as a consequence of bad lifestyle choices when I had my own children, and that was like a wake-up call to me.

I don't want other people to get sick and die as early as my parents did - so I retrained as an ICF-certified Health & Life Coach and RTT Hypnotherapist.
